 It was in the 2000s years That Arsenal football club was In its glory days.. Infact the symbol on their Jersey was O2 meaning oxygen- maybe they actually breathed in oxygen at that time. Great players like Thierry Henry , Patrick Viera, Dennis Bergamp, Soll Campbell, Pires still remain to be some of the best players to have ever graced the primear league to date.

            This Players had the real passion for football  unlike the modern football players. There would actually arise fights during matches incase there was an unfair ruling from the referees. Not to forget about the Management during those days, Arsenal football club was led by one Arsene Wenger, who new football inside out. He would recruit world class pla

yers that would shine and outdo players of other football clubs.

    The Owner at that time would also cash in his own money to support the football club. The club actually won the 2003/2004 primear league trophy with an unbeaten record that is yet to be broken to date. This shows how the club had built itself strongly. They went further and won other domestic trophies like The FA cup . Nonetheless they actually managed to reach the UEFA champions League final 2 years later that was in 2006. this has remained one major achievement of the club despite that they were not able to lift the trophy.During this time the club had become so massive that they decided to relocate from their original stadium called - THE HIGHBURY - to the new stadium known as - THE EMIRATES, and i actually think this was the beginning of the road to failure,... Three years later that is in 2009 they were unable to reach the Champions League final but rather had to settle for a Champions League semi final.

      Other clubs in Europe this time had already started rising immensely. The owner of the football club - one of the richest billionaires in the world right now know as Stan Kroenke became one of the major problems that the club had to face. He rarely invested his cash to the club and time was now running out, since the best players were now aging and needed replacements. A player of Thierry Henry's callibre decided to opt for The best Club in Spain at that time , Barcelona ... He was transferred and won the Champions league with the club. Arsenal could no longer recruit players normally due to restricted funds and from being the champions of England they had to settle for a top four finish at the end of the season come every season.

     In 2012 Arsenal stared selling some of their best players , and this is after Van Persie left the club to join one of Arsenal's traditional rivals Manchester United. Since then the club as been very poor in recruiting of players , The winning mentality is now a thing of the past in the club. The primear League has since gotten Other teams like Manchester City and Liverpool become dominant in the League. This is after Manchester City was bought by A very rich Arab known as Sheikh Mansour who has then invested heavily in the club. Actually in the last lets say 5 years  ManCity has been the most dominant team in England.

 The recruitment of players like Mustafi, Elneny, Chambers, Alex Iwobi, David Luiz , Granit Xhaka, who are just average team players has heavily Costed the Arsenal fraternity and family as a whole. This is a club where only world class players could only play, infact there was a saying in London that ' if the badge was too heavy for you, just let go' this was meant to mean if you cant cope with the high expectations of the club and the fans , you would rather leave the club and find a smaller club since this this is a Great club with high Ambitions. Arsene Wenger after managing the club for more than 20 years he was finally sacked since things could not seem to fall into place.This added more insult to an existing problem because the club could not actually find a stable manager to take the club forward. There was the introduction of Unai Emery a manger that had been scaked recently from the greatest club in France. Questions that arose where if he was unable to manage the best club in France how then could he be in a position to run a club that needed not only a change of plan but also new reinforcements in all sectors.The manager started quite well with an unbeaten record of 20 games and everyone was well deceived that he was actually the Man to take us to Cannan. After half a Season he was hanging in the mid table . The job seemed to be more of a task to him and he was later sacked after a short while.

      This has since led to the Introduction Of Mikel Arteta , the assistant coach to Pep Guardiola ( Mnacitys Coach). He has not yet delivered enough to the club but he is actually been given time to see if he can be able to outdo his predecessors.
